Where we show up
Product sampling: every juice or canned lemonade we hand out carries your logo, and we can hand out your own product with it, so every guest walks away with your brand in hand. Add pastries to any activation for a fuller spread.
Activation questions
How many guests can you serve?
It depends on what you serve. Quick-serve, prepackaged options like canned lemonade, organic juices, Blue Mountain coffee, popcorn and pastries move fast, and can serve 1,000+ guests at high-volume events.
Made-to-order treats like espresso, mini pancakes and açaí bowls are finished fresh for each guest, so one cart serves about 50 guests an hour. For bigger crowds, add a second cart or pair a made-to-order bar with a quick-serve option.

What can be branded?
Everything your guests see carries your brand: the front panel of the cart, the menu, the drink names and the colours. Your logo can also go on the cups, stickers and juice bottles, so every guest walks away with your brand in hand.
How fast can you turn it around?
We quote within 24 hours, usually the same day. For full cart branding we need your logo files 10 business days before the event. Closer than that? We'll keep it simple with a branded menu and stickers.
How much space and power do you need?
Our cart is 4 × 3 ft; plan for about 6 × 4 ft so our team has room to work. It rolls through standard doors and into elevators, so it fits lobbies, booths, stores and offices. Espresso, pancakes, popcorn and hot drinks need one standard outlet. Our açaí bar runs on dry ice, so it needs no power at all.
Is staff included?
Yes. Our team sets up, serves and cleans up, and works alongside your team and your other partners on site.
Can you do multi-day or multi-location activations?
Yes. Tell us the dates and locations in your brief and we'll quote the full run.
Where do you serve?
Downtown Toronto and the GTA. Outside the core, we add a small travel fee.
How do we pay?
A 50% deposit secures your date, with the balance due 7 days before the event. We take all major credit cards, by secure payment link. Need a purchase order or supplier setup first? That's fine for bookings made at least 14 days ahead.
